Post-Partum care is one of my areas of expertise, with a deep understanding of the physical, emotional, and mental health challenges new mothers and fathers face. I can help navigate the specific emotional challenges common during recovery, breastfeeding, newborn care ensuring a smooth transition into motherhood. My knowledge extends to postpartum mood disorders, self-care strategies, and support systems that help mothers thrive during this transformative period.
I provide therapy exclusively through virtual and over-the-phone sessions, offering flexible and accessible support from the comfort of your own space.

My Approach & Focus
I incorporate CBT, DBT, Emotion Focused Therapy, and Gestalt, using a trauma-informed and culturally-responsive framework. Using a collaborative and client-focused approach, I support individuals in exploring their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, building self-awareness and resilience. By providing a safe, non-judgemental space, I guide clients through the healing process, helping them develop coping strategies and a stronger sense of self-compassion and empowerment.
I also specialize in Black peri-natal mental health, using an anti-oppressive lens to ensure that therapy is affirming, respectful, and attentive to each individual and couple's lived experience.
My practice is dedicated to supporting preteens, teens, and adults. I serve both individuals and couples while providing an affirming and inclusive space for diverse identities, including those who are members of the LGBTQ+ community. I also welcome and support Black individuals, those from other racial or ethnic backgrounds, and single mothers on their journey toward healing, growth and expressing your inner glow.
